I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, not too far from the local sights in the city center of Hue. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice bonus, and the selection was good. The clean bathroom was a definite plus.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Hotel is good located in a center, we can walk to the ancien town, . Breakfast is excellent. Some good local restaurants with traditional meals are quite closed to the hotel.
Reataurant of the hotel itself (in a garden) is not good and expensive. Staff is not friendly.

I got a huge room for Vietnamese standards. Good position, walking distance from the citadel and the backpackers district. Buffet breakfast, rich and various. Kind staff.
Breakfast is from 6 to 8.30, which way is too early. The massage services are limited to (good) feet massage, for the real deal you have to go to Duy Tan 2 (10 mins walk) but beware of the naughty "extra services" provided and lame massage you'll get.

The room was spacious with a small balcony. The hotel was located right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the local cafes and restaurants on foot. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

It was close to the main attractions.
The relentless stream of wedding parties which were so noisy they ruined our stay.

The hotel had a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the historic citadel and right in the center of the city with easy access to 'An Phu' buses. the rooms were both clean and spacious, with fantastic bathrooms. the breakfast buffet had a large selection of foods, including delicious Pho. the hotel also had great facilities such as free internet access in the lobby.
While some staff members could have been more accommodating, the service overall was still good.

Huge rooms with great balconies and impressive breakfast. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops.
Service was incredibly slow and unresponsive to our requests. The staff seemed indifferent to our needs and were not friendly or welcoming.

The room was average but clean. the location was great and close to popular sights. the breakfast had a variety of options.
The staff were not friendly or helpful, and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. the walls were too thin, allowing for noise disturbance from neighboring rooms.

The Duy Tan Hotel in Hue impressed me with its great value for money. The spacious rooms, especially the one with a balcony, provided ample space for comfort. I loved the attention to detail, with amenities like a hairdryer, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and local sights. Moreover, the breakfast buffet, included in the rate, was a delightful treat, offering an unlimited selection of delicious Asian and European dishes. And let me not forget to mention the hot showers with unlimited hot water - a small yet significant detail that added to the overall pleasant experience.
No improvement needed.
